Order

How can I place an order?

Placing an order at Van Zus is easy and safe.

The desired products can be selected on our website, which you then add to the shopping cart with the correct quantity. Via the shopping cart button you can see an overview of the selected products, the quantities and the price. Here you can also delete or adjust a product.

Once you have checked this and have finished shopping, you can click on the order button, which will take you to the ordering process. If you are not yet logged in, we need your contact details. You can then choose a shipping method and then a payment method. Make sure you go through all steps in the ordering process to complete the order.

If you change your mind during the ordering process, you can always click cancel. This will take you back to the shopping cart.

 

What payment methods are there?

We currently have the option to pay with iDEAL, Klarna, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Mastercard/Visa/American Express, Bancontact Mister Cash and Sofort Banking and more.

Can I pay afterwards?

Yes! You can then choose the payment method Klarna. Klarna checks whether they accept you as a customer. We have no influence on this.

I cannot complete or place my order on the website, what can I do now?

With our new website we hope to prevent common problems from our previous website, but of course something can always go wrong. If this happens, please send a message via the chat on the website or an email to info@vanzus.nl met with the problem and the products you are trying to order so that we can arrange the order for you.

When can I expect my order?

In principle, orders placed before 16.Placed before 00:00 on working days and shipped the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed after the weekend. During a promotion, the delivery time of orders may be slightly longer due to the crowds.

I am not satisfied with my order, what now?

Send an email to info@vanzus.nl als if you are not satisfied with your order. More information about exchanging and returning products can be found on the 'exchange and return' page.

I would like to personalize a product, how can I do that?

If you want to personalize a specific product, you can select the product according to your wishes via the website. On the product page it is possible to complete the personalization and in some cases choose the color. Does not it work? Please call or email our customer service.

Discounts

How can I use a discount code?

Once you have received a discount code from us, you can enter it in the shopping cart, after which the discount will be automatically deducted. 1 discount code can be used per order.

Return

Can I return a personalized product?

No. In principle, we do not take back a personalized product. If you are dissatisfied with the quality, please contact us and we will be happy to find a suitable solution.

How long after receipt of the product can I return?

You have 14 days after receiving your products to return your package.

The product I received is broken, what now?

Always check received products for damage and defects. If this is the case, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible via info@vanzus.nl. Door with the order number and, if necessary, attach photos so that we can help you most quickly.

How can I return an item?

1. Please contact us at info@vanzus.nl om to indicate what you want to return, so that we expect the package

2. Add the returns form you received from us

3. Address the package to:

4. Take the package to a parcel service

5. Please keep the track and trace or any proof of the return in a safe place

6. We will contact you as soon as we have received the package in good order

Who are the return shipping costs for?

The costs for returning products are at your own expense.

What amount will I get back?

If the products are returned in new, unused condition according to the return conditions, you will receive the entire purchase amount excluding any shipping costs.

When can I expect my money back?

You will receive your money back within 14 days after we have received the return package.

Complaints procedure

I am not satisfied with the product received, what now?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can of course return it. See under the returns heading how to return your product. We always try to respond within 24 hours on working days.

I have a complaint about my order, what can I do?

We obviously hope that you are satisfied with our products and our service. If this is not the case, we would like to resolve this for you as quickly as possible and that is why we ask you to contact us. You can email us at info@vanzus.nl of by telephone at 078 204 9170. If you include your order number, we can help you more quickly. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible, but within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). We will then look for a suitable solution.
