VanZus B.V attaches great importance to your privacy. In this privacy statement we would like to inform you about how we process your data and how we will treat your data confidentially. We process your personal data at various times, for example when you order a product in our webshop. 1 For what purposes do we process your personal data? We will only use your personal data for the following purposes:

2 Website registration

As a registered customer you can easily track your order, view and/or download invoices, place orders even more easily and you will be recognized for your next order, making it even easier for you to shop with us. You can create an account in the webshop with your email address or by logging in via your Facebook account.

23 When you create an account by linking your Facebook profile, in addition to the data mentioned above, we process the data from your public Facebook profile that is necessary to identify you as a user of your account and contact you to be able to record.
24 If you log in via your account before placing your order, the information about your order will automatically be linked to your account when placing an order in the webshop. This way you have an overview of what you have previously purchased from us and we can process your order even more efficiently. If you place an order, we process all necessary data to process the order, including your name, (delivery) address, e-mail address, information about your order, payment details and any feedback you may have.

3 Online shopping without an account
You can also shop without an account in the webshop. In that case, we only process the following personal data of yours that are necessary for the proper processing of your order: your name, (delivery) address, e-mail address, information about your order, payment details and any feedback you may have provided.

4 Collect orders in Alblasserdam
If you have purchased products via our webshop, you can choose to collect them. When you pick up your order, we may ask you for your ID. We only check your ID to determine that you are entitled to collect the order. We do not store this data. We only register your name, the date the order was received and collected, information regarding the order and payment, and any feedback you may have provided.

5 Direct Marketing

7 Social media
7.1 VanZus B.V uses social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. When you follow us on our social media accounts or communicate with us via your own social media account, we may process the data from your public profile from your social media account. Depending on the settings of your profile and the action you choose (such as liking our news item on Facebook), our marketing messages and news items may be shown on your overview page.
