Promotion conditions

We regularly have great promotions for our loyal customers, giving you a discount on the VanZus range. It's nice to have an extra discount on those beautiful things we offer, right?? Maybe you can score some nice products for your baby or child or for yourself at an extra discount! 

To keep it fun for ourselves, we have a number of rules:
- We reserve the right to exclude certain articles, brands or article groups. This sometimes also has to do with agreements we have with our suppliers. 
- Gift vouchers are excluded from discount promotions
- The following brands are in any case excluded from promotions: Stapelstein
- Discounts do not work retroactively
- If you receive a free product from a certain order value and you then return products from your order so that you no longer meet the order value, we also expect the product back. If the product is not included in the return, we must charge for the product.
- Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to the duration of a promotion

We can discount coupons can be combined? 
No, unfortunately this is not possible.

How often can a discount code be used?? 
Unless we have explicitly stated this or we have sent you the discount code again ourselves, a discount code applies once per person can be used. 

Can I also use the discount code on products that are on sale?? 
No, unfortunately this is not possible. We already offer products on sale at significantly reduced rates. 

Can I also get a refund after using my discount code if the value ultimately exceeds the order amount? 
No, this is not possible. The remaining value of the discount voucher will expire in this case. 

Is the discount code redeemable for cash?? 
No

By using the discount code I fall below the minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping. Can we solve this? 
Free shipping is automatically calculated by our system based on the total amount in your shopping cart. In this case, the only way to get free shipping is to add something to your shopping cart. 

What happens to my discount when I return a product??
If you return the products with which you used the discount code, the discount will be expired.

How do I use the discount code? 
You can enter the discount code in the appropriate field in your shopping cart. 

Do I also have to return my free product if I no longer reach the minimum order value? 
If you receive a free product above a certain order value and you subsequently return products from your order as a result of which you no longer achieve the order value, we also expect the product back. If the product is not included in the return, we must charge for the product.
