No, unfortunately this is not possible.
How often can a discount code be used?
Unless we have explicitly stated this or we have sent you the discount code again, a discount code can be used once per person.
Can I also use the discount code for products that are on sale?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. We already offer products on sale at significantly reduced rates.
Can I also get a refund after using my discount code if the value ultimately exceeds the order amount?
No, this is not possible. The remaining value of the discount voucher will expire in this case.
Can the discount code be exchanged for money?
No
By using the discount code I fall below the minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping. Can we solve this?
Free shipping is automatically calculated by our system based on the total amount in your shopping cart. In this case, the only way to get free shipping is to add something to your shopping cart.
What happens to my discount when I return a product?
If you return the products with which you used the discount code, the discount will expire.
How do I use the discount code?
You can enter the discount code in the appropriate field in your shopping cart.
