Once you have completed the steps in the return process, you would of course like to receive your money back. When returning your order, you can choose from two options: a refund via the payment method you used for the original order or store credit. Of course we also offer the option to exchange the product for another item or size.
Money back via the payment method used for the original order
We always try to arrange this as quickly as possible after receiving and checking the return. We use a maximum period of 5 working days after receipt and inspection of your return. With some payment methods this only takes a few days to process. Please keep this in mind. You will receive the money back into your account within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return.
If you exchange a product with a value of at least 30 euros, we will reimburse the return costs. In the event of a return, the costs for return are borne by the consumer. We will provide you with a return label. The costs of this are the current costs of the parcel carriers (the actual costs we incur) and we will withhold this when refunding the money.
Money back via store credit
We always try to arrange this as quickly as possible after receiving and checking the return. We use a maximum period of 5 working days after receipt and inspection of your return. After this you will immediately receive the store credit. Keep an eye on your e-mail box and spam box.
If you exchange a product with a value of at least 30 euros purchase amount, we will reimburse the return costs. When you return a product, the return costs are borne by the consumer. We will provide you with a return label. The costs of this are the current costs of the parcel carriers (the actual costs we incur) and we deduct them when depositing the store credit.
